This page explains what information Triviio collects through this website and while working with clients, and how it is used. It is general website policy content written to be clear and practical, not a substitute for formal legal advice.

1. Introduction

Triviio is a founder-led digital and technical studio. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and while working with clients, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

2. Information we may collect

We collect information in a few ways: information you give us directly (such as through the contact or Raise a Query forms, email, WhatsApp, or a call), information about your project and business needed to scope and deliver work, and basic technical information generated by visiting this website.

3. Information visitors provide voluntarily

This includes your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, and the details of your enquiry when you fill in a form, send an email, or message us directly. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to deliver it.

4. Project and business information

Once a project starts, we may collect further information relevant to the work, such as existing systems, hosting details, business processes, branding, and content you provide for use in the project. This is used only for delivering and supporting your project, and is treated as confidential business information.

5. Technical information, logs, analytics, cookies

Like most websites, this site may automatically log basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages visited, to understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly. See our Cookie Policy for more detail on cookies and similar technology.

6. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver projects, provide ongoing support, send project-related communication, and improve this website and our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

7. How we handle enquiries and project requests

When you raise a query or send an enquiry, the details you provide are used to understand your request and reply with relevant information. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we do not continue using that information beyond responding to you and basic record-keeping.

8. Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social platforms

If you contact us over email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the message itself, since it is transmitted through their service. We use these channels only to communicate with you about your enquiry or project.

9. Third-party tools and service providers

We may use third-party tools for hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling (such as Calendly), and similar operational needs. These providers process limited information only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security practices.

10. Payment and billing information

Where a project involves payment, billing details are processed through the payment method agreed with you (such as bank transfer or a payment gateway). We do not store full card or payment credentials ourselves; these are handled by the relevant payment provider.

11. Data retention

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, respond to follow-up questions, meet basic accounting and legal record-keeping needs, and maintain a record of past work. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised where practical.

12. Data security

We take reasonable, practical steps to protect information shared with us, including limiting access to project information to people who need it to deliver the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low.

13. Sharing of information

We do not share your personal or business information with third parties except where necessary to deliver a project (for example, a hosting provider you have chosen), where required by law, or where you have asked us to coordinate with a third party on your behalf.

14. International visitors

Triviio is based in India and works with clients in multiple countries, including Australia, the UK, and the US. If you contact us from outside India, your information may be processed in India as part of responding to your enquiry or delivering your project.

15. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is not needed for an active project or legal record-keeping requirement, by contacting us using the details below.

16. Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools, or practices change. The version on this page reflects our current practice, and material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
