We do not have a large team or multiple layers of management. If you join, you work directly with the founder. Communication is clear, feedback is direct, and the work you do has a visible impact.

Telecaller / International Calling Executive

Responsibilities
- Call potential clients in your assigned market (Australia, UK, or US)
- Introduce Triviio services clearly and honestly
- Qualify leads by understanding business size, needs, and current digital setup
- Schedule discovery calls between prospects and the founder
- Follow up with people who have shown interest but have not responded
- Maintain accurate call logs and contact records
- Share daily activity reports covering calls made, leads qualified, and follow-ups pending
Requirements
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop or desktop (mobile-only calling affects call quality)
- Ability to stay organised and follow a structured schedule
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
Freshers welcome. Prior calling or sales experience is preferred but not required.
